Today is PREP DAY!!! 🔥🐷 That means we’re getting everything ready for tomorrow—trimming ribs, applying the binder and rub, prepping briskets, pulled pork and all your Smokey Drew’s favorites.

Tomorrow is going to be a GREAT day. I’m claiming it in the name of the Lord 🙏🏼❤️

Unfortunately, my right-hand man Bryan is moving on to bigger and better things. 🙏🏼❤️

Like I preach all the time—find something you love, work for yourself, and put all your faith in the Lord. Bryan is doing exactly that, and I couldn’t be more proud of him for chasing his dreams.

He’s been with us since the grand opening and has put in a ton of hard work helping Smokey Drew’s become what it is today. We truly appreciate everything you’ve done, brother. 💪🏼🔥
