Quick note: A lot of people didn’t think that we were open today; Our trailer is turned around, so you can’t see our window from driving past on Maricamp. But, we’ll be open on scheduled days unless we post 1 week prior. If you see the flags out we’re open. Great things are transforming with our little community of food trucks to enhance all of our customers experience.

Our deep fried wing combo will be available as well. *Quick note* we are a small family business, we do get very busy at times. I would highly recommend ordering at the window. That is the best way to ensure you get your order in. Also keep in mind, we are a business and we do not except voicemail or text preorders. We’ve decided to do smoked oxtails 1 day every week until there is no more demand.
