• Talented Chefs / Line Cooks — precision, cleanliness, respect for product. Fine dining or high-volume bistro experience preferred.

• Servers — polished, knowledgeable, warm. You can sell a tasting menu without being pretentious. • Floor Captains — leaders who run a flawless service and mentor junior staff
• Hosts — first impression, calm under pressure, great with guests and OpenTable.

Today marked the departure of a highly valued member of our team and extended family. Her radiant smile, positive demeanor, and exceptional contributions will be profoundly missed.

We are incredibly proud to support her as she embarks on a new chapter, pursuing her life's calling. On this occasion, we had intended to present her with a gift; however, she, as she has consistently done, bestowed a gift upon us. She meticulously crafted a piece for our team and our chef, a framed poster collage depicting the legend of his new location for three six.. This artwork narrated the story of Elvis Presley and Tom Petty's historic meeting at that very site. She presented our chef with an exquisitely crafted poster.

Sabrina, it has been an absolute pleasure, and we extend our best wishes for success in your new endeavor.
