Today, as we do for all of our employees on their birthday, we took a few minutes to celebrate and sing Happy Birthday to one of our own.

Today it was Yamila’s (“Yami”) turn.

If you’ve ever visited us, there’s a good chance Yami was one of the first people to greet you when you walked through our doors or the friendly voice who answered when you called. While working the front counter, she somehow manages to make six milkshakes, four café con leches, answer the phone, assist our servers, help our customers, and keep things moving—all at the same time. Trust me, that’s no small feat!

Behind the scenes, Yami is one of those team members who helps hold everything together. She works hard, stays positive, and is always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed.

Yami, thank you for your dedication, your hard work, and the care you show our customers and team every day. We truly appreciate everything you do.

Hoy, como hacemos con todos nuestros empleados en el día de su cumpleaños, tomamos unos minutos para celebrar y cantarle el Feliz Cumpleaños a una de las nuestras.

Hoy le tocó a Yamila, mejor conocida por todos como “Yami”.

Si alguna vez nos ha visitado, es muy probable que Yami haya sido una de las primeras personas en darle la bienvenida al entrar por nuestras puertas o la amable voz que le contestó el teléfono cuando llamó. Mientras trabaja en el mostrador principal, de alguna manera logra preparar seis batidos, cuatro cafés con leche, contestar llamadas, ayudar a nuestros meseros, atender a nuestros clientes y mantener todo funcionando sin perder el ritmo. Créanme, ¡eso no es tarea fácil!

Detrás de escena, Yami es una de esas personas que ayuda a que todo marche bien. Trabaja duro, mantiene siempre una actitud positiva y nunca duda en ayudar donde más se le necesita.

Yami, gracias por tu dedicación, tu esfuerzo y el cariño con el que atiendes a nuestros clientes y apoyas a nuestro equipo cada día. Apreciamos sinceramente todo lo que haces.
