Fire & Ice Snow Shack is a family owned gourmet Hawaiian Shaved Ice Trailer that operates in Ocala, Florida. We have a large menu of unique specialized flavors like Jolly Rancher, Birthday Cake, Red Hots, and more! This is the perfect spot for families and kids who are in need of a sweet treat, or anyone who wants to beat the heat. Fire & Ice has been operating since July of 2022.

Fire & Ice will unfortunately be closing until further notice, due to the issues with the generator and trailer. We appreciate everyone who took the time to try us! 🙌❤️

Update: All is good except for the generator still😂 stay positive though!

We will close early today for repairs, and re-open tomorrow. New generator works but is too loud for the surrounding businesses at Gaitway Plaza, so we will make do with fixing the main one 👍🫶

We apologize for the inconvenience to anybody who has planned on visiting us at Gaitway Plaza this weekend. Our generator has been 50/50 on the days it starts up for us, and we could not get it to run this morning.

We would like to offer a free shaved ice to anybody who has tried to visit us and been unable to order. We thank everyone for their patience!
