There is nothing Luciano can't do! This Cannelloni Marina is a soft blanket of pasta rolled up and filled with fresh crab meat, shrimp, ricotta, sautéed peppers and spring onions. Gently smothered with mozzarella and pecorino cheeses and laid to rest on a bed of our homemade tomato sauce and topped with Alfredo cream sauce. So light yet filling, the perfect summer pasta dish if we do say so ourselves!
