We will be featuring Argentine beef in a delicious menu that Chef Rick has put together for a 5-course meal that will be expertly paired with w**es from Viu Manent W**ery from Chile; Viu Manent W**ery was named one of the World’s Best W**eries in 2025 and their w**es will prove just that.

Hosted by Jaime Merino, Viu Manent’s Export Director for America and Europe who will come ready to share all of the knowledge about the family, w**es and w**ery.
