For more than 30 years, Ricardo has carried forward the tradition of oak wood roasting that our founder, Carlo Di Ruocco, learned as a coffee apprentice in Salerno, Italy.
While the coffee industry has changed over the years, our approach at Mr. Espresso has remained largely the same: We roast slowly over locally sourced oak wood, allowing our coffee to develop the sweetness, body, and smooth finish that have long defined our style.
