It’s always an honor when you trust me to cook for you when you come to town, but this night was different.
Yandel Sinfónico. A sold-out night in San Jose. Reggaetón meeting the symphony. 🎻🔥
For me, it goes beyond the music and beyond the kitchen. I’m grateful for the friendship, the trust, and every opportunity to break bread and be a part of these special moments.
But none of this happens alone.
A huge thank you to my team who helped make this night possible: Tito, Carlos, Martha, Crystal and Gustavo, who were there with me making sure everything came together—and Cindy and Ruth holding it down in the kitchen and helping us put it all together.
And, of course, my wife Robin—my partner in life and in this journey. ❤️
