At the heart of our menu is a love of the sea. However, like the sea, our dishes are ever-changing and touch the cultures of many coasts. From Hawaiian poke bowls to Cajun-style seafood boils to San Francisco-born oyster shooters, everything is locally and sustainably sourced. It's all the brainchild of award-winning Executive Chef and Owner Nelson German. A Dominican-American born and bred in Man

hattan, Nelson has spent over a decade traveling and honing a culinary style that is at once unique and comforting. We've brought his latest vision to life with a fast casual counter service model.
