We’re bringing two master mezcaleros straight from Mexico to Oakland: Alexis Canales of Mezcal Pasión Ancestral and Luis Enrique Juárez of Gozona

Come hang out, eat, drink mezcal, and learn about traditional mezcal making from the people who know it best.

SEPTEMBER 24🗓️
6 PM : Cocktail Hour
6:30 PM: Dinner

Chef José Ramos will be serving a four-course dinner, with each course paired with mezcal.

NEW ON THE MENU🐟🐟🇲🇽

Pipicha jalapeño ponzu fish ceviche with sweet corn, charred cucumber, avocado, cherry tomato, Meyer lemon aioli & potato tacos dorados.

For this one, Chef José infused Japanese ponzu with pipicha, a native wild herb from Puebla and Oaxaca, bringing an intense acidic, umami-forward flavor to the dish 💯
