JOIN US TODAY (AUGUST 30) for Black Heritage Night at Oracle Park where we’ll be offering our best-selling Peach Cobbler Empanadas. This empanada flavor holds a particularly special place in 9 Julio Owner & Chef Erica’s heart, as it’s a spin on her father’s recipe.

A note from Chef Erica:
“My dad worked in restaurants and food businesses throughout his life. He was the person who taught me how to cook and peach cobbler was my favorite of his dessert recipes. I use his recipe, with a few tweaks to make it my own, in 9 Julio’s peach cobbler empanadas. He was an avid sportsman who nurtured my love of sports, so I’m really proud to be able to serve his recipe at Oracle Park.

My dad was from Texas and served in the marines. He passed in 2007.”
