Belotti Bottega (Italian: shop) finishes the full circle for the Belotti. Before the birth of Belotti Ristorante on College Ave, Chef Belotti and wife Joyce were originally looking for a location for a quick service pasta shop, which was meant to focus on bringing their hearty pasta to an everyday casual spot. Serendipitously, they found the location for the "ristorante," but not the "bottega" unt

il now. Belotti Bottega will serve as an outlet for Chef Belotti to make his flavor accessible to more people at home, at work, or at parties.

Belotti will be closed at both locations on Christmas Day and from 1/1-1/11/22 for our annual winter break. We will reopen on 1/12/22, Wednesday! Buon Natale and happy new year 🎊

Upcoming break at Belotti!!!! Both our restaurant and will be closed in observance of July 4th and give our hardworking staff a mid year break like we do each year! That means, no fresh pasta for about a week😱😱! Get yours right before we break from both locations 😁
