Our concept is brand new and we are the first to introduce a café to the high-end condominium market. The café has been custom designed to be an integral part of The Grand apartment building. Come and enjoy having convenient access to the cafe’s relaxing spa-like environment to sit down for a relaxing beverage or light meal in our inside/outside sitting areas. Interior is eco-materials such as bamboo flooring and ceiling panels, etc. A circulating water fountain is in the main sitting area to enhance the relaxing interior. Wi-Fi and on demand remote color laser is available; delivery to tenant apartments, catering or space rental. Space between tables in the sitting area will be much larger than usual to allow our clients to have privacy for conversations or reading.
