Aburaya Karaage Tour! Went on a trip to Japan to try all the karaage we can find! While shopping for restaurant supplies in we got a recommendation from the crew at to check out and it was great! This little family shop serves simple karaage made from their grandma’s recipe and a chef’s kiss to grandma because this chicken was juicy and crispy and hit the spot! This casual street side shop is a perfect resting spot after walking around in Asakusa, we grabbed some beers and enjoyed our karaage snack! This shop won a gold metal in the 2023 Karaage Grand Prix, sadly the competition is limited to Japan so we can’t enter but we did go around Japan and check out other winners! Stay tuned for more Karaage Tour stops! Thank you Asakusa Chicken for a great time and the cute stickers! (Also check out the roasted seaweed from Numata Nori, we didn’t know nori could taste this good!)
