PISTACHIO CRUNCH UPDATE 💚
Y’all have zero chill. And apparently, zero leftovers.

You can’t get enough of this flavor, and it’s sold out FAST at some shops. We’re making more just for you, because we fully support your questionable levels of pistachio commitment.

Thanks for going nuts. We’ll keep it coming.

We’re trying to act cool about this. It’s going terribly. 🍦

Sarah Prosser (Sarah Prosser) sent us this scoop-side love note, and yes, we’ve watched it more than once. Several times. Mind your business.

Thank you, Sarah. You made our whole damn day. 🧡

🚨 NEW FLAVOR ALERT 🚨
You asked for pistachio. We went absolutely nuts.

Meet our new collaboration with Mintlify: pistachio ice cream made with Absolutely Nuts Persian pistachio butter and pistachio cream, swirled with housemade pistachio brittle and dark chocolate flakes.

🚨 FAN FAV ALERT 🚨

Your fall fling is BACK. Pumpkin Galette has returned, and she brought the Pumpkin Spice Sundae TOOOOOOO. 🎃🍨

Anything but basic, our take on everyone’s favorite holiday flavor starts with a deluxe spiced pumpkin ice cream base made with pure pumpkin caramel, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves. Then we swirl in housemade tart pieces and extra-rich brown butter cream caramel.

Yes, she’s high maintenance. Yes, she’s worth it.

Come get your pumpkin fix. Sweater weather is optional. Making inappropriate noises over your sundae is understandable.

The Bay is turning violet, and we brought a spoon. 💜

Celebrate with our Valkyries Violet Sundae, topped with violet marshmallow fluff and Fruity Pebbles. Find it at our Dogpatch shop only this Friday, September 25, and through the weekend while supplies last.

Let’s go, Golden State Valkyries! 🏀🍨

09/18/2026

Weekend is here. Get a double. 🍨☕️

Vietnamese Coffee + Midnight Express, our dark chocolate ice cream with espresso fudge swirl. Then hot fudge on top because apparently we’ve decided sleep is optional.

BUZZZZ. ⚡️

🚨 NEW FLAVOR ALERT: BROWN BUTTER POPCORN BALL 🚨

Brown Butter fans, your time is NOW.

Our iconic Brown Butter ice cream (often imitated, NEVER duplicated) is getting a few new variations this fall and winter, and first up:

🍿 BROWN BUTTER POPCORN BALL 🍿

House-made brown butter blended into a brown sugar + apple c***r vinegar ice cream base, swirled with house-made popcorn brittle made with caramelized sugar and popped popcorn.

Brown Butter. Caramelized popcorn. Basically the county fair got a glow-up.

Scooping now at Dogpatch and Oakland (more stores this week). Get in here. 🍨🍿
