SUNCHOKE BIRDSNEST. Jerusalem artichoke ice cream, yuzu curd, cardamom pavlova, + candied sunflower seed & chia (aka bird food). did all the work and came by to snap a picture. It’s trippy for suuuuuuure.

What an insane honor, surprise, excitement that our very own .stern was nominated as a James Beard Semifinalist for Best Chef: CA this year!!!!! We could not be prouder. It goes without saying that this is a massive team effort — without all the individuals across our entire team over the past 2.5 years of business, we wouldn’t have gotten here. A house party in your favorite restaurant aka a rager w fancy food + the Jell-O shots taste good. Make outs. Oysters.

Included in ticket price: a glass of bubbly (+NA options), fancy canapés + drunchy food to keep you going. Loud music, dancing, and standing room party from 8pm-12:30am.

For those who want a lil extra, we’re doing an oyster bar too — add oysters by the half dozen onto your order when you book. ;)
