Local Wine Spotlight: Charles Woodson’s 🍷

Intercept Wines was founded by NFL legend Charles Woodson. His early years with the Oakland Raiders introduced him to Napa Valley’s wine culture, sparking a curiosity that grew into a passion.

That journey led to his first vintage in 2005 and the launch of Intercept Wines in 2019. In 2020, he became the first Black professional football player to achieve national distribution for a wine brand — a milestone that reflects both vision and dedication to the craft.

From the field to the vineyards, we’ll be pouring Intercept Chardonnay by the glass all month long 🏈 🥂
