During a year that the whole world was affected by something so much larger than any of us could have ever imagined, ‘the Covid Virus’ gave us at Love Cafe the time to reflect on our priorities. During our period away, we spent the majority of our time at the central coast. A location that brings us much happiness and peace. Discovering like so many of us how precious our health, our families, and our time is, made it undeniable that we want to relocate our Love Cafe somewhere in the central coast area. We are going to miss our local customers, who supported us and helped to make our Love Cafe in Oakhurst a great success. Along with the large influx of tourists visiting Yosemite, that too have become regular Love Cafe customers and friends. The building of the Love Cafe will be for sale for under 500K. This includes the 4 Apartments that are attached along the river. Originally we were planning to revamp the apartments the way we renovated the cafe in 2018. Bringing the interior and exterior of the Cafe into the millennium. The apartments were going to be turned into Airbnb’s or month to month rentals as there is a very high demand for those at this time in our community.. With our choice to re-open Love Cafe elsewhere, gives someone a great opportunity to own, and operate a cafe of their choosing along with an Inn. We would hope that another Vegan/Plant Based entrepreneur would fill this beautiful space, however it is equipped and ready to house any type of restaurant. With a complete Turn -Key, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and large outdoor dining tent. A large recently upgraded Walk -In refrigerator, prep bars, sinks, ovens, grills, fryers and much more. We are very excited to take this step forward into our next adventure. We are not leaving the community all together, as our permanent family home is here and always will be. Along with Kent’s 25 year business, Advanced Tree Service. A Message from Tricia LouiseIt would be impossible for me to put into words the unmeasurable amount of joy, and the feeling of accomplishments that I have achieved while opening and running the very 1st all Vegan/ Plant Based Restaurant in Madera County. Leaving this location in Oakhurst, knowing that Love Cafe was a Success from the 1st day we opened gives me great pride and a sense of accomplishment. I learned more than I ever could have imagined. Coming back into the workforce after over 20 years of being a Happy Homemaker proved to have it’s challenges, however these challenges have taught me what I need to know to do it again, and even better! Being told by my husband Kent Tracy, and son Cosmo Tracy that I blew them away, and made them proud is ENOUGH for me. If there are any customers that have unspent Gift Cards or credits, call me and I will be happy to refund them.“What a Wonderful Journey We Have Had!” https://youtu.be/-cXAcY_6rRMhttps://abc30.com/food/madera-county-builds-first-vegan-restaurant/3182607/https://www.fresyes.com/food/love-cafe/https://kmph.com/news/local/mural-on-oakhurst-restaurant-wall-causes-stirhttps://sierranewsonline.com/california-restaurant-month-spotlight-love-cafe/https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=610568836239570https://www.sierrastar.com/news/local/article190351334.htmlhttps://kmph.com/news/local/mural-on-oakhurst-restaurant-wall-causes-stirhttps://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1308052459531588https://www.tripadvisor.com.sg/ShowUserReviews-g32809-d13797398-r745258969-Love_Cafe-Oakhurst_California.htmlhttps://www.yelp.com/biz/love-cafe-oakhurst?start=60
