Hi everyone! We have been blessed by the overwhelming love, support and well wishes that we have received regarding our retirement from Gillman's! This little business has grown to be the most amazing and rewarding job that I have ever done! We have met people from all over the world. We have heard the most beautiful stories and shared memories from and with people who have been coming to Gillman's their entire lives. We have served generations of families from Oakdale and all of the surrounding communities. I hope you all know how incredibly grateful we are to have had the opportunity to feed and serve you. There are some really great places to feed your families and you chose us! Repeatedly! Thank you! You have all kept us at the tip-top of the Best Burger and customer service award lists in Stanislaus County for the past 11 years! Wow! I really can't say Thank you enough! Our hope is that the tradition, that is Gillman's, will be carried on by the next owners. We are in talks with a couple of interested parties who we believe will continue the attention to detail for food quality as well as customer service and respect.
