Soup salad and sandwiches!
Tempeh BLAT. Vegan tempeh bacon with avocado and lettuce and tomato on toasted multi grain. With an amazing arugula salad mixed with lemon juice maple syrup diced apples and cranberries topped with ground Brazilian nuts with diced red onion and milled flax seed and rolled oats. Lentil soup has carrots celery and onions with tofu soy chorizo. Added turmeric and ground black cumin. Delicious 🀀 πŸ‘ŒπŸ½πŸ₯‘ 🌱 πŸ₯£ πŸ₯ͺ πŸ₯— 🌱

This is my tofu scramble bowl with shiitake mushrooms tri colored bell peppers roasted diced tomatoes broccoli spinach and red onion. Mixed with turmeric and black pepper topped with nutritional yeast. Side of avocado toast on whole wheat bread. Diced red onion and tomatoes a little garlic and onion powder and more Siracha 🌢️ πŸ”₯ 😜 πŸ‘Œ

This is my tofu scramble bowl with shiitake mushrooms tri colored bell peppers roasted diced tomatoes broccoli spinach and red onion. Mixed with turmeric and black pepper topped with nutritional yeast. Side of avocado toast on whole wheat bread. The second pic is our green plantains with a avocado dip and sofirtio salsa. Last pick is a green plantain mash to make Mofongo or Tostones dip! πŸ‡΅πŸ‡·

Multi grain spelt waffles topped with raw rolled Oats green apples, bananas, milled flaxseed physlium husk and local maple 🍁, instead of vegan butter use almond butter or peanut butter or sunflower butter! Hey somebody pass me some saw dust in a salt shaker and a few acorns, maybe a little extra twigs and branches on the side for this HerbivoreπŸ‚πŸƒπŸ˜† ... seriously this may look like a lot, but it's all good s**t!
