Try our Corn Riblet Special this week (limited supply). Each Corn Riblet is steamed trapping in the moisture for a juicy kernel. Then the Riblet is deep fried caramelizing the sugars & starches giving each kernel a delicious flavor and snap. We finish with two different seasonings and our house smoky Chipotle Mayo dipping sauce. A buttery, savory and slightly sweet treat you didn’t know you had to try.
