Hey Y'all, just out here managing fire tonight. The Good Lord willing, all will go well and we will be at the Local Market (Variety Pickup) tomorrow starting 1045ish. We are bringing more pork tomorrow so should be around a bit longer than the last couple of times.
Also, by request, we will have Brunswick Stew as our side for the plates and also by the bowl.
Look forward to seeing Y'all tomorrow!

Pretty nice evening for smoking meat.
Tomorrow is the 5th anniversary of our BBQ trailer being in Oakboro! We will be true to our name tomorrow with hickory smoked pulled pork and delicious Louisiana Gumbo!!
We are so grateful to our fellow Oakboro and Stanly county people for supporting our local small business for 5 years now!!
We will have a special menu posted tomorrow, and would like to invite you out for lunch.
