Last month we went to Lake Okeechobee where we caught some wild Tilapia. You’ll see my opinion of tilapia in the video. Also, apparently, I filmed this with garlic peel stuck to my leg. Real nice 😂😂

I look for low carb alternatives a lot. Here is a substitute for mashed potatoes that I honestly love. That being said I have gone back to more carbs. Also, I might add, this is a great addition to any meal low carb or not. Hope you enjoy.
