Today is our third birthday! We’ve had three great years, but first we had months of construction, permitting and headaches, moving equipment in, menu development and more.

Our features have arrived and we have a fun twist on a sandwich inspired by ⛳️

We don’t know who will get the green jacket this year at The Masters, but we do know everyone that comes to Oak Ridge Bagels this month will be able to get their own green jacket 🤭

A fun twist on the classic pimento cheese sandwich, we have spiced things up by adding grilled chicken, hot honey and pickled jalapeños 🥵 we love this one on a croissant, but you can have it on any bread or bagel you like!

We are also welcoming spring in with a tasty and light quinoa bowl!

As we prepare for End-of-Grade testing, we are seeking parent and community volunteers to help support a smooth and sucessful testing environment for our students. This year, state testing guidelines require a one-to-one proctor for each testing site. All proctors must be 18 years or older, must NOT be a current GCS student, may NOT proctor in your child's classroom or that of a relative, and must attend a brief training session and sign a Proctor Testing Agreement on Monday, May 11 at 6:00pm.
