Alright normally I don’t have to send out important messages if it is not that important.
I may have been lucky and worked hard enough to have well maintained my equipment for the last 5 years and of course some brand new refrigerators and some equipment have been replaced/repaired already within the last years. Even the brand new furnace was replaced last year.
The last 3-4 weeks have been extra challenging and difficult for us at Thai Neighbor with Repairs Repairs and Repairs.
We had to repair both bathrooms twice within past 3 weeks. Paper towels were clogged both times. Very unfortunate events. So I do feel expressing this concern will help make awareness that when customers or delivery drivers think less about their actions, consequences happened. A warning sign had been posted since 5 years ago. The increased amount of dine-in customers also caught us off guard. We will temporarily not accept dine in until further notice.
🙏🏻 Minor plumbing was also done 3 weeks ago. Hand washing everything was not fun.
🫶🏼We had our first gas leak, and already repaired last week.
🧅And this week, toward the end of busy Friday, our fryer ended its life on us. New fryer will be replaced of course.
❤️We are not one of those businesses who ask for donations to survive. We respect our customers and we have done our best to stay positive, so expressing some of the things that we had to go through may help making customers understand us.
Customers do not have to do anything special. Just understand, support normally, send love to kitchen when you place an order if you want to.
I will make an announcement when everything is back to normal once again.
