A small piece of history lives in today’s dessert.

Cinco de Mayo marks the Mexican victory at the Battle of Puebla, when Mexico stood against French forces. Over time, the connection between Mexico and France evolved beyond conflict, shaping culture, cuisine, and technique in both places.

Today, we’re featuring our Tres Leches cake. A light sponge, soaked in three milks, finished with fresh whipped cream and delicate chocolate.
