After five incredible years, Iβm excited to announce that Iβve sold Spoke Cafe to another young entrepreneur, Jordan Burkle and the Burkle family.
Itβs a huge moment for me, and I want to thank everyone who helped me turn this from a simple idea into a real business.
To my family β especially my parents β thank you for always showing up, pushing me, and letting me learn by actually doing. And thank you to the Village of River Forest for being willing to give a business license to something totally new.

I learned a lot running this company, but the thing Iβm most proud of is the support Spoke was able to give to Beyond Hunger. Through sales, donations, fundraisers, and the sale of the business, I was able to donate over $8,000.
Spoke will keep rolling next season under Jordan, and Iβll be around to help him learn the ropes before I head off to college. Iβm excited to see where he takes it.
