Did you know Grove partners with District 218’s Adult Transition Program? Have you seen Sean in the cafe with Amanda, Keonte and Keyshaun?

Through this partnership, ATP students get the opportunity to gain real, hands-on café experience while helping our team with day-to-day operations — and they have become such a valuable part of the Grove community! 🤎

We’re especially excited to see the Adult Transition Program recently featured by the Oak Lawn Patch! 📰

Grove owner Daniel Stidham shared:

“ATP has been pivotal in connecting us to the community as well as helping us reach our bottom-line numbers because the students with their aides truly add incredible value to our employees and to our customer experience.”

We’re so grateful to be a small part of a program that provides meaningful, real-world experience while connecting students with businesses throughout our community.
