June 12 is everything to me.

It's the day my grandma, Abuelita Coco, was born in 1952—a woman full of love, intention, and quiet magic. She made miracles out of the simplest ingredients, always cooking with heart, always showing up for others.

I dreamed of opening a restaurant while back— but something was missing. Later, I became a certified health and life coach, adopted a vegan lifestyle, and fell in love with the healing power of food.
When I became

When I became a certificated health coach, I often wished I had known back then what I know now-maybe I could've given her more life. That ache became my purpose.
So I poured that love into a dream: Abuelita Coco, a tribute to my grandma and godmother.

And because I want to help others live fuller, healthier lives, I now offer vitamins, natural products, and beautiful herbs- We also cook only with avocado oil and never use refined sugar-Every recipe is crafted with care, intention, and love.

On June 1, 2023, I registered the name.
They told me it could take months...
But on June 12, 2023, her birthday, it was approved. ✨

That's how I knew she was with me. She lives in me. Always guiding me, whispering love through every step.
