It may have come across your news feed,or you heard on the local news that during routine cleaning at our second location, an unexpected reaction between cleaning products prompted us to call emergency services. Out of an abundance of caution, the fire department and HAZMAT team responded and thoroughly evaluated the building to ensure it was safe for everyone.
We're happy to report that there was no damage to the building and, most importantly, no injuries to our staff or guests. Once emergency responders gave us the all-clear, we reopened and resumed normal scooping operations.
The safety of our employees and customers will always come first, and we're incredibly grateful to our local fire department and HAZMAT team for their help. We'd also like to thank everyone for your patience, understanding, and the concern so many of you showed while we worked through the situation.
Everything is safe, everything is back to normal, and we're here to welcome you. Thank you, as always, for your continued support
