To our customers,

22 years ago Dave and I set out with the dream of owning a business together. In those 22 years, this community has supported us through the thick and thin. Many of you have watched Shannon & Paige grown up and turn into two of the most hard-working, dedicated, and caring adults. You’ve watched Shannon pursue his dream of being in law enforcement, get married, and welcome his first child. Paige received her degree in Early Childhood Education, got her own apartment, and helped instill a solid early educational foundation with her nephew. After Dave’s rapidly declining health in 2017 and ultimately passing in 2020, Paige stepped up and took on the responsibility of operating this business with me. Since Hurricane Florence in 2018, our family business has been for sale. Until now nothing has felt right. Our family has decided to end this chapter and accept an offer and close the Oak Island Restaurant. Paige and I have felt an extensive amount of love from this community. We can't thank y’all enough for bearing with us and supporting us. All good things must come to an end. So, from our family to yours, thank you for allowing us to provide comfort meals to you and your families during these last 22 years. Thank you for being there for us during the good and bad. We wouldn’t have made it without each and every one of you. Thank you and God Bless.

Due to staffing issues this week and us doing the best we can to provide the best service to our customers possible we will be doing TAKEOUT ONLY for our night shift.

We will also be closed today for lunch do to staffing.

🌟changes due to weather🌟

Due to the threat & uncertainty of a tropical storm coming into our area Thursday, July 8 we will not be open for lunch and will update about dinner sometime tomorrow. This is to keep our girls safe as they travel long distance to work.
