Hey kids! Been a while, but here we are again!
Today we come to you from was is most likely the worst Outback Steakhouse we have ever been to.
Where do I start?!
1. The table had something nice and sticky that is now on my shirt.
2. When the busser came by to bring me a towel, he proceeded to spray it with sanitizer, and at the table. Thus on the plates, silverware, glasses, etc.
3. A very specific salad order was placed. It's not that the salad arrived wrong, it just didn't arrive. When the meal arrived, we asked "what about the salads?" The runner looked down and said, "I don't have salads on this." Of course, we corrected him and out came the salads with the wrong dressing, despite minutes prior stating he understood what I was looking for.
4. The steak. Medium, is not medium well, nor well done, nor is it rare, as it was across the table. Medium; is a hot pink center and juicy. I know this because that is what they tell me when I order it.
5. A simple coffee refill. Rather that do that, our server returned to the station with a confused look on her face. Only when she returned to tell us she was going on break did she remember the coffee.
6. The booth looks like someone shot themself in it. I'm speculating, but maybe it was from their experience as well. (see photo).
7. Listening to the conversations around us, it seems we are not an isolated incident.
Dear Management,
We never ask for anything free, which is why we don't complain in person anymore.
Please just fix the problem.
