Hello Friends, So I thought I would address a couple of things. I know we’ve had quite a few new followers these last couple months so I thought I’d go through who we are. This Is long, so you may want to sit down for this! 😂
Before I say anything, I just want you all to know I appreciate your support whether you’ve been there for me since the beginning or you are a new follower and customer! We did have a pop up kitchen in Midlothian for a couple of months and We do plan on launching our food Truck April of 2027. Although it’s a while away, it gives me time to get all my ducks in a row, plus I will be focusing on Catering for the Holidays since we tend to be very busy during this season. With that said we are a catering business . We do not cook in our kitchen or garage some weekends like I see a lot of people do lately. (Not trying to knock anyone down, just trying to explain) This is not a side gig for me, this Is my sweat and tears, time taken away from my family so I can leave some type of legacy for them. So when I have family specials or a discount here and there, it’s for my customers to be able to have my food and try it without out having to order a a huge catering package. Please don’t text me and try to low ball me on my packages or specials and then be upset or ignore me if I can’t make it any cheaper, especially when it’s a discount already. I have to rent out kitchen space when I cook for my customers because that’s what you have to do in the State of Illinois, Most states in that matter, this cost money. I worked very hard to get where I am and did it all from my own pockets. Nothings been handed out to me. So please respect me enough to know my prices are my prices, so I can afford to have another event or afford to have a special for you guys so you can order from me. I’m so thankful and grateful for you all. I appreciate you all more than you will ever know and I try and make everything affordable because I know how it is to be on a budget. I just ask that you understand I’m doing my best to have the best prices already for you. Thank you all New and Old, who support our small little business. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
