When we were given this opportunity and looked at all the options we could do, nothing resonated with us more than this bite right here.

The best kind of food is the one that reminds us of home 🏠🤍.

What a pleasure to be able to be apart of this event and to serve you all in this way! We hope you enjoy!

Our next Best Bite reveal is here! 🍽️

Meet Hmong Appetit, a local food truck serving Hmong and Southeast Asian-inspired dishes throughout the community. From egg rolls and sweet pork to ribs, curry, nab vaam, and more, they’ve built a menu around the flavors they love—and they’re now preparing to take the next step with a permanent location!

🔥 Their Best Bite: Taste of Solace — Chicken Cracklin’ layered with purple sticky rice, sweet, tangy and spicy pork rib meat, and pickled mustard greens. The bite brings together crispy, salty, sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors all in one.

Come try Taste of Solace on October 9 and cast your vote for the People’s Choice Best Bite! 🏆
