Steven and Chef Claudio have been through a lot together. Decades of running restaurants, supporting the community, watching their kids get married, welcoming new babies, and supporting each other through the difficult losses that inevitably come with life. It’s only fitting that a friendship like this be celebrated with a custom Hazy IPA from 𝐌𝐈𝐊𝐄𝐑𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐆. 🍻 The name Foschia (fo-SKI-ahh) means “haze” in Italian, making it the perfect name for this special collaboration.
