We have refined several guest favorites with updated presentations and thoughtful enhancements, delivering even more to enjoy while maintaining the value our guests have come to expect.

🐖Barbecue Bourbon Glazed Pork Ribeye-An 8 oz. grilled prime pork ribeye glazed with Andria’s Barbecue Sauce and bourbon, topped with crispy shallots and served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.

At Andria's, our mission is simple: Serving People, Not Just Plates.

This initiative is about more than delivering food. It is about learning our guests' names, understanding their preferences, celebrating special occasions, and creating meaningful connections that transform a meal into an experience. In May, we introduced our Guest Journal, a tool that allows our team to document guest preferences and important details so we can continue raising the standard of hospitality with every visit.

Serving people, not just plates also means recognizing that hospitality is a team effort. Every guest experience is shaped not only by the server at the table, but by every team member who contributes behind the scenes. We believe success comes from rowing the boat together, creating a culture built on teamwork rather than individualism.
