Our average driver earns over $17 per hour*

Have you ever wanted to be a part of the Jimmy John's team that has earned the title "Americas #1 Sandwich Delivery" delivering "Subs So Fast You'll Freak"! Now is the time to join the team and earn some serious cash. If your already delivering pizza this could be a great part time gig but also has full time potential. At Jimmy John's there is no competing with other Door Dashers, Post Mates drivers or Uber Eats, we use only our own drivers to deliver our food, so every order is cash in our delivery drivers pockets. Crew Members are responsible for greeting customers when they enter and exit the restaurant, providing world-class customer service and executing fast and accurate sandwiches while maintaining sanitation standards.

** $17 per hour is not a guarantee, however it is an average based on 16 stores in operation when factoring in hourly wage plus tips .Avg. hourly wage does not include Driver Maintenance Reimbursement which is paid in addition to hourly pay.

Each Jimmy John's is independently owned and operated under a franchise agreement with Jimmy John's Franchisor SPV, LLC, franchisor of the JIMMY JOHN'S system. Any questions regarding employment must be directed to the franchise owner/operator. Jimmy John's Franchisor SPV, LLC does not have access to franchisees' employment records or specific rules for employment as defined by the franchisees.

Job Summary: Crew Members are responsible for greeting customers when they enter and exit the restaurant, providing world-class customer service and executing fast and accurate sandwiches while maintaining sanitation standards.

Crew Duties and Responsibilities

- Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches
- Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, systems and procedures
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station and restrooms etc.
- Greets customers, takes orders - operates cash register - collects payments from customer and makes change
- Takes telephone orders and completes delivery tickets
- Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
- Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the dress code
- Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- Performs other related duties as required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Must be able to speak, read and write the English language fluently and clearly.
Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and moving about the unit the entire day

Delivery Driver (All Shifts Open!)

Job Summary: Delivery Driver's primary responsibility is to deliver sandwiches to customers in the designated delivery area. Drivers are expected to check all products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner. Drivers will also work as an In Shopper when no deliveries are scheduled.

Driver Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Must have a clean driving record
Must have a Missouri Drivers License
Must provide insurance

Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

- Takes telephone orders and completes delivery tickets in a courteous and timely manner
- Delivers sandwich orders to customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner in established delivery area only
- Accepts payment from customers for orders
- Works with management at the end of the shift to reconcile cash from delivery sales
- Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches
- Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, systems and procedures
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station and restrooms
- Greets customers, takes orders, operates cash register, collects payments from customers and makes change
- Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
- Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the dress code
- Displays a positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- Performs other related duties as required
