People always ask me what makes our sourdough taste the way it does. The answer is simple: patience. 🤎

What you’re looking at here are our freshly shaped loaves resting in their bannetons. We let them ferment slowly under cold, controlled temperatures, which is what builds that gluten structure and brings out those rich, natural sourdough flavors you taste in every bite.

Respecting that time is everything. It’s what turns simple ingredients into something special every single morning.
