Our most popular scone of all time is back! Almond Frangipane!

In case you didn't know the scone is a classic almond scone that's treated like a croissant. After it's baked we slice it in half and smear loads of frangipane and re-bake it and dust it with powdered sugar. It's a thing of beauty.

Nyack friends, we need a small favor that means a whole lot to our future.

We’ve officially submitted a permit application to add a few picnic tables in our back area for daytime coffee seating. Just a simple, cozy outdoor spot to enjoy your morning.

Because of village land-use rules, commercial outdoor seating requires planning board review, and we were told directly by local officials that we need to prove strong neighborhood support to get this through to the next phase. And there are many hoops to jump through for these picnic tables 😅

If you are a Village of Nyack resident or nearby neighbor, your voice carries serious weight. We put together a short form to collect statements of community support to hand directly to the board:
