So yesterday we had a Barista training class for all our staff...myself included! The gentleman who came to train all of us is a TOP barista...he does shows at the Javits Center and is very well known. He was GREAT! The class was a lot of fun and I gotta tell you....I honestly had the BEST Cappuccino I ever had... I didn't even need to add any sweetener!! Soooo GOOD!! Thank you to Lacas Coffee for sending us Thulio to teach us all how to make delicious coffee!!
