Beautiful day, windows wide open… and Chef Richard is already working on what’s next at North Eight.

He’s putting together our Happy Hour menu, which we’ll be rolling out in the next few weeks. Great bites, great drinks, and maybe a few surprises. 🍸

Chef hasn’t slowed down since we opened, and we’re lucky to have him leading the kitchen and always thinking about what’s next.

A huge shout-out from Glenn and Mike to Mike’s wife, Sheila, and some of our rockstar Benstein Grille employees—Mikayla, Chef Jake, Libby, Grace, Melissa, Ryan and Annika! 🙌

Over these past couple of weeks, you have all stepped up in a HUGE way—helping with training, soft openings and our first few days at North Eight. Quite simply, we couldn’t have gotten this place off the ground without you.

And an equally big thank-you to Chef Mark, Mary Kate and the entire Benstein Grille team for holding down the fort while so many were helping us at North Eight. We know that meant extra work and sacrifice on your end as well.

We are incredibly lucky to have people who truly have our backs when we need them most. They say it takes a village or family to help when needed and we are grateful to have both.

Glenn and Mike welcomed Andy as our very first guest as we officially opened the doors to North Eight Thursday at 11:30 AM for lunch!

We’re off to a great start, and it was pretty special having Andy be the first one through the door. Thanks for kicking things off with us, Andy — hopefully this was the first of many visits!

Now we’re looking forward to welcoming all of you for your first visit to North Eight. The doors are open, the team is ready, and we can’t wait to see you!
