Everyone gets excited about the steaks, cocktails, and beautiful dining room… and trust us, so do we.

But when you’re opening a restaurant from scratch, it’s funny what starts getting you excited.

A branded pen. ✔️
A mop sink. ✔️
Cleaning chemicals. ✔️
A working espresso machine. ✔️
A soda fountain. ✔️
A POS station. ✔️
Even… a toilet. 😂

Every little delivery means one less thing on the checklist and one giant step closer to opening our doors.

It’s finally starting to feel like a real restaurant.

After months of demolition, construction, and chaos, we’re now revealing the heart of North Eight—our kitchen—and it’s all coming together.

Our kitchen is coming together, and we couldn’t be more excited.

This isn’t just a room full of stainless steel. It’s where ideas become dishes, where our team will put in countless hours, and where we hope to create meals you’ll celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, date nights, and random Tuesday dinners over.

The equipment is here, the finishing touches are happening, and every day we’re getting one step closer to opening our doors.

Now for the important question…

Who’s volunteering to do the dishes on opening weekend? 😄

Things are really starting to come together at North Eight! From the exterior to the interior, we’re making progress every single day as we push toward opening our doors.

Mostly impatient. 😂
