Derby pie: A Brown sugar cake doughnut, dunked in a chocolate glaze and then topped with a slice of scratch made derby pie 🥧

What is derby pie?? A rich, gooey chocolate and nut pie, similar to a pecan pie but with chocolate chips and often bourbon, created in Kentucky in 1954!
