The end of August is nearing. Which unfortunately means our August flavors are getting ready to leave the menu.

These flavors are so many things, from fresh delicious Bruchetta, to the delicious coffee crème brûlée made with some perfect proud hound coffee, and the savory sensation we have this month and collaboration with Seafood Station, the Smoked Salmon Dip Doughnut!

There is truly something on the menu for everyone, and we can’t wait to see your lovely faces this weekend!

Our Chef Series special for August in collaboration with Seafood Station Loveland , using their delicious and fresh smoked salmon!

We take our signature Starlight Doughnut Lab 24-hour brioche doughnut, open on top and fill with a mixture of smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, green onion, fresh dill, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce, then we top with fried capers and fresh dill!

The Coffee Crème Brûlée doughnut is giving you that satisfactory crunch, that depth of coffee flavor (thank you proud hound coffee !), and the pillowy dough of our brioche bun 😋
