Hi everyone, I just wanted to let everyone know that my dad has been in the hospital since Saturday and has undergone two surgeries in the past two days.

Last thing I said to my father when he went into surgery, he was “hurry up and get better, Dad because we have an ice cream date and I’m gonna get you the biggest baddest Sundae I possibly can!” he smiled and said, “I’m looking forward to it!”

I want you all to know that ice cream is my father’s favorite thing, but his second favorite thing is checking the mail.

He doesn’t let anyone else check the mail because he looks forward to it every day.

I would love nothing more than for my father to be able to come home to a bunch of cards so I’m asking you all if you could just take five minutes out of your day to send him one, I would appreciate it!

PS: I cannot wait to resume our ice cream dates again!!

I’m a little late in posting and I apologize…

Last Thursday… I Took my dad to Skinner’s with our next-door neighbor and her two young daughters. My dad has always wanted to take them to the candy store and get them whatever they wanted so all I have to say is mission accomplished!

And of course while we were there, he had to have his ice cream, lol!!

I took my dad to a Veteran sponsored expo yesterday.

I’ve taken him several times over the years, and I have to say this was the biggest and best that I’ve ever seen!

The Gentleman with my dad in the picture is the VA Agent out of East Bridgewater. The woman in the picture is a Combat Veteran.

Hi everyone, to my original followers of this page, I have updated the title because I’m gonna continue posting our shenanigans as we venture out together.

Took my dad on a cruise recently I’ve gotten a huge positive response after posting every day on the ship about my dad and I adventure on the cruise.

 Several people have mentioned they would love to continue seeing my dad on a regular basis so please join in and share this page if you would like.

He is a fanatic for ice cream and I swear he ate all of it when we were on the ship lol
