From the day Cheever Tavern opened in July of 2020, we have had Faroe Island Salmon on our menu. With each season, we keep things extra fresh by changing up the recipe a bit. That's 25 different recipes since we opened, no repeats. For Autumn '26, we've created Pistachio Crusted Faroe Island Salmon: Faroe Island salmon, pistachio, and cranberry-orange relish, served with sweet potato waffle fries.
