Had our first meal of the season at the The Laughing Loon and it was phenomenal. Andrew and Margo are doing a great job. With good weather finally reaching the lake it's time to eat outside.

Time is running out to try this wonderful menu. I can't recommend it highly enough. Take a drive out by the lake, it's good for the soul.

Our season wraps up on October 31st. There are only 6 more days of service until we button everything up for winter. Six more days for smash burgers, meatloaf dinners, fried chicken, ice cream, and apple crisp.

We still have our full menu for this weekend, and then we will be running down the inventory. We’ll keep you updated on what we’ve run out of.

It has been an incredible first season for us, thanks to all of you. See you at the window Thursday-Sunday from 11-8pm. 🖤

I love the idea of a cold weather menu. I can't wait to try the Schnitzel sandwich.

Our Fall Menu 🍂 We’re saying “goodbye” to summery items like the lobster burger and “hello” to heartier fare to welcome the new season.

What’s new?
🍽️ Hot or cold meatloaf sandwiches, and a pork schnitzel sandwich that will knock your socks off
🍽️ Weekly soups and stews with house sourdough slabs
🍽️ Loaded baked and loaded chili potatoes
🍽️ Supper plates! Featuring our house made baked beans, meatloaf, fried chicken, and shrimp

More seasonal specials are coming - including a local grass fed beef burger, fried squash rings, and hot apple fritters! 🍎🍁

We’re squeezing the most out of the season and will remain open through October 31! Thursday-Sunday, 11-8pm.

Happy unofficial start of fall. The Laughing Loon will be open with new menu items. Life on the lake is good.

We can’t believe how fast this summer has gone by. It’s been an incredible first season, and we are not done yet! We’re going to remain open through Halloween, and will be adding hearty Fall menu items like meatloaf sandwiches, mac and cheese, soups and stews, local grass fed beef burgers, loaded baked potatoes, and more!

You’ve given us the warmest welcome and the best summer, and we hope you’ll stay cozy with us through the Fall! 🍁
