We took dried apricots, cranberries, walnuts, and Stilton blue cheese and said, “Yeah, let’s make that a scone.”

Sweet. Tangy. Nutty. Funky. Fancy. These things are amazing!

Basically, if a cheese board and a bakery case had a very sophisticated baby, it’d be this scone.
