It’s been quite a couple of weeks! To all of our new faces and fans, thank you! We are so glad to have you. To all of our longtime friends and customers, we are so grateful! Thank you for you and for making The Dilly Duck what it is today.

This Saturday! It’s Hibachi Kebabs!

Two soy & garlic marinated beef skewers, grilled to order. Served with steak house ginger sauce and creamy sesame mustard sauce.

Also includes okonomiyaki style fries! Hand cut chip style fries topped with shredded cheese, scallions, okonomiyaki sauce, and smoked mayo.

This Saturday! It’s Alabama BBQ Chicken!

A half chicken is glazed with a house made Alabama BBQ sauce. Also, known also as white barbeque sauce, Alabama barbeque sauce is a tangy alternative to tomato based bbq sauces. With a blend of mayo, spices, and one secret ingredient, it’s bold, creamy, and so tasty! Served with a summery mix of garden vegetable pickles.

We’ll also have corn on the cob! Grilled to order and served with lemon pepper (like the wings) butter.

This Saturday! It’s a British Sausage Roll & Jennifer Aniston Cobb Salad!

A British classic, our sausage roll is a house made blend of ground pork, bacon, caramelized onion, sage, and spices all wrapped in a flakey pie dough. It’s beyond tasty!

Served with a Jennifer Aniston cobb salad. Jennifer Aniston ate this salad on the set of friends nearly every day. Did she really? Who knows, but it’s so good! Made with crispy romaine lettuce, fried chickpeas, bacon, cucumber, a hardboiled egg, grated parmesan, and chopped pistachio.

This Saturday! It’s Sweet Potato Pie Pancakes!

Sweet potatoes are tossed in warm spices, roasted in the oven until tender and caramelized, and then folded into a pancake batter. All the delicious flavors of sweet potato pie in a fluffy buttermilk pancake!

Served with whipped honey marshmallow spread, butter roasted white peaches, sweet potato pound cake bites, pecan ginger crumble, and real maple syrup.

This Saturday! It’s Triple Garlic Wings & Texas Twinkies!

Not what you think! Traditionally, Texas Twinkies are bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers. For our version, a milder version is created by replacing the traditional jalapenos with poblano peppers. All the fresh pepper flavor with just a subtle heat! Stuffed with four cheeses, shredded brisket, and black beans; the peppers are then wrapped in bacon and roasted until smoky and crispy.

Served with buttermilk cornbread and triple (3X!) garlic wings, which are marinated in a garlic dry brine, cooked until crispy, tossed in roasted garlic butter, and then topped with crispy fried garlic.

This Saturday! It’s Summer Chicken Milanese & Watermelon Panzanella!

For the Milanese, a whole chicken breast is pounded thin, coated in bread crumbs seasoned with fresh herbs, and then pan fried in olive oil until crispy and golden. Served with smashed truffled burrata, and a watermelon panzanella salad of sugar baby watermelon, torn fresh bread, heirloom tomatoes, cucumber, shaved fennel, capers, and arugula.

This Saturday! It’s a Fried Porchetta Sandwich!

Our delicious porchetta sandwich is stuffed with crispy fried porchetta, house made ‘nduja (a garlicy sausage spread with a touch of spice), whipped ricotta cheese, and chopped broccoli rabe.

This Saturday! It’s Tacos & Ribs!

Korean Bulgogi style pork butt is flavored in a sweet & gingery marinade and then slowly roasted for 12 hours until fork tender and delicious. The pork is then shredded, drizzled with a pear & ginger bbq sauce, and topped with scallion, pickled cucumbers & radish.

Also served with a couple of glazed & sticky baby back ribs.

This Saturday! It’s a Salisbury Cheesesteak!

House ground chuck and brisket is mixed with traditional salisbury seasonings like slowly caramelized onions, worcestershire, mustard, and fresh herbs. The patties are then broiled, topped with thinly sliced butter sautéed mushrooms, gravy, and drowned in cheddar & thyme cheese sauce.

We’ll also have Loaded Tater Tots! A pile of tater tots are drizzled with mulato & chipotle pepper ranch dressing, chorizo & bacon bits, and four types of shredded cheese.
