This week, Teddy is joined by Francesca for a fall inspired favorite! Creamy risotto with Asiago and Romano cheeses, layered with sweet potato, zucchini, yellow squash, and butternut squash, all tucked inside a roasted mini pumpkin and topped with grilled chicken.
