Area Operations Supervisor NEEDED – SUSHI DO (DC, MD, DE, & VA)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Operations Manager to oversee the efficient functioning of our sushi chain’s operations within the Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia states. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all sushi stations within cafeteria settings of universities and colleges, hospitals, and corporate offices are running smoothly and meeting the highest food safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:
• Operations Management: Supervise and manage multiple sushi stations to maintain consistent quality, service, and operational efficiency. Monitor day-to-day activities, address challenges, and implement improvements to optimize performance.
• Food Safety Compliance: Ensure all sushi stores adhere to local and state food safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections, implement corrective actions, and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Training and Development: Train and onboard new sushi franchisees, providing comprehensive guidance on operations and food safety protocols. Continuously support franchisees with ongoing training and resources for their growth and success.
• Store Openings: Collaborate with the team to facilitate the smooth opening of new sushi stores. Assist in pre-launch preparations, coordinating logistics, and addressing any challenges to ensure a successful launch.
• Performance Analysis: Utilize data and performance metrics to analyze the efficiency and profitability of each sushi station. Implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Budget and Cost Management: Monitor and control expenses related to operations, supplies, and staffing to achieve financial targets while maintaining service quality.
• Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional dining experience for customers by maintaining high food quality, cleanliness, and excellent customer service across all sushi stations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing multiple sushi restaurants or related food service establishments.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance requirements within the DC, Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia states.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and support franchisees and staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Flexibility to travel within the designated area as needed for store inspections and openings.
